Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are based on a standard house or apartment and reflect typical project specifications.

Final Measurements and Adjustments

The final price of the service may vary depending on the actual dimensions, complexity, and conditions of the property.

• If the work required is less than the standard specifications used to calculate the advertised price, the difference will be refunded to the customer.

• If the work required exceeds the standard specifications, the customer will be informed of any additional costs before work proceeds.

• No additional charges will be applied without the customer's approval.

Quotations

Prices shown on the website are starting prices and are intended as estimates only. A final quotation may be provided following site measurements, photographs, plans, or an on-site assessment.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable according to the agreed payment schedule and must be settled upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to the Scope of Work

Any changes requested by the customer after the order has been confirmed may result in additional charges and revised completion times.

Access to the Property

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for the duration of the project. Delays caused by restricted access may affect completion dates.

Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith. While every effort will be made to meet agreed schedules, delays caused by weather conditions, supplier issues, unforeseen structural conditions, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Customer Satisfaction

Any concerns regarding the completed work should be reported within 7 days of completion so that we can review and address the matter promptly.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where unforeseen circumstances prevent us from carrying out the work safely or professionally. Any payments made for uncompleted work will be refunded accordingly.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
