RONVIEW CONSTRUCTION – REFER & EARN PROGRAMME

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

The Ronview Construction Refer & Earn Programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Ronview Construction reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse participation where necessary.

2. Referral Requirements

To qualify for a referral reward, the referred customer must:

  • Be a new customer who has not previously contacted, received a quotation from, or engaged Ronview Construction within the previous 12 months.

  • Be referred before any direct communication has taken place between the customer and Ronview Construction.

  • Consent to their contact details being shared with Ronview Construction.

3. Qualifying Services

The referral programme applies to projects undertaken by Ronview Construction, including but not limited to:

  • Renovations

  • Extensions

  • New Builds

  • Kitchens

  • Bathrooms

  • Carpentry

  • Painting & Decorating

  • Landscaping

  • Tiling

  • Garage Conversions

  • Attic Conversions

  • Fencing

  • General Property Improvements

Ronview Construction reserves the right to determine whether a project qualifies under this programme.

4. Referral Reward

Eligible referrers will receive a referral reward equal to 10% of the final agreed contract value of the referred project.

Examples:

  • Project Value €10,000 = Referral Reward €1,000

  • Project Value €20,000 = Referral Reward €2,000

  • Project Value €50,000 = Referral Reward €5,000

There is no maximum referral reward unless otherwise stated in writing by Ronview Construction.

5. Conditions for Payment

A referral reward becomes payable only when:

  • The referred customer signs a construction contract with Ronview Construction.

  • Any required deposit has been received.

  • The project proceeds beyond any applicable cooling-off period.

  • The contract remains active and has not been cancelled.

6. Payment Schedule

Referral payments will be made within 30 days of the qualifying conditions being met.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or another method approved by Ronview Construction.

7. Multiple Referrals

Where more than one person refers the same customer, the referral reward will be awarded solely to the first referrer recorded by Ronview Construction.

8. Project Cancellations

No referral reward will be payable if:

  • The customer cancels before signing a contract.

  • The contract is terminated before commencement of works.

  • Required deposits or payments are not received.

9. Fraud and Abuse

Ronview Construction reserves the right to refuse or cancel referral rewards where:

  • False or misleading information is provided.

  • Self-referrals are made.

  • Duplicate referrals are submitted.

  • Fraudulent or dishonest activity is suspected.

10. Tax Responsibility

Recipients of referral rewards are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the receipt of referral payments.

11. Data Protection

By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have obtained permission from the referred individual to share their contact details with Ronview Construction.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

12. Programme Changes

Ronview Construction reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this referral programme at any time without prior notice.

Any qualifying referrals submitted before a programme change will be assessed under the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of submission.

13. Final Decision

All decisions regarding eligibility, qualification of referrals, reward calculations, and payment of rewards shall be made by Ronview Construction and shall be final.
